This morning I uploaded from Turbo Lister a very collectible set of glassware that should have had at least 5 immediate "views" for those that have an automated search set up and there was only one. The seller wrote today to say the problem is causing her listings to get reduced exposure in search. If item specifics are missing then you can't bulk upload from TurboLister but yet Turbolister says item specifics are completed? Anyone? Tried all available work-a-rounds and nothing works so you have to either find a different upload program or enter items directly into Ebay one at a time!" The same day, the problem was reported on Ecommerce EKG: "Ebay's TurboLister continues to have problems, won't allow editing of item specifics. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused." On February 14, another moderator posted that eBay did not yet have an estimate of how long it's going to take to fix the problem, "but our Tech team is working to correct it as quickly as possible. Our developers are aware of this at this time and are working to get this issue resolved." This is an issue we have just recently had reported to us. Two weeks after the first report, an eBay moderator wrote, "I do apologize for the inconveneince (sic) this has caused you. Another seller replied, "If I bulk edit my listings to change category, format, etc., the specs are retained but if I edit a single item it drops all the item specs and then won't allow me to access the radio buttons to put them back in." In January, a seller wrote on the eBay boards that Turbo Lister was arbitrarily dropping Item Specifics from a few random listings, but was not letting her reenter the Item Specifics.
A moderator acknowledged the problem on an eBay but has not provided an ETA on a fix.
